Mr. Nadeem Ahmed, Managing Director & Founder of Guards Mark Security, is also Chief Trainer for the G.M. Evasive & Defensive Driving Forum. He is recognized as a leading security specialist in executive protection, crisis management, security consultancy, and evasive/defensive driving and armoured vehicle training. He completed "Train the Trainer" programmes in Advance Tactical Driving and Executive Protection Training with Pinkerton (USA), and Surveillance Detection Tactics & Techniques training conducted by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security. An ex-serviceman, he carries over twenty years of meritorious experience in the Pakistan Army, primarily in intelligence roles. Prior to founding Guards Mark in 2003, he served as General Manager at a security services company, overseeing Executive Protection, Alarm Response Force, and Security Operations.

Mr. Zeeshan Ahmed is an enlisted Director at Guards Mark, overseeing the commercial security portfolio with direct supervision of Executive Protection Services. He has been with Guards Mark for more than 18 years, handling client relations, advisory services, customer service management, and executive protection. With a background in computing science, his consistent approach enabled Guards Mark to build a state-of-the-art ERP system covering employee records, security reporting databases, HR management, planning, R&D, and customer information systems. Before joining Guards Mark, he served as an Investment and Relationship Banker at a leading international bank. He holds testimonial awards from APSAA and is a member of ASIS, the Overseas Security Advisory Council (Karachi Chapter), and Security Professionals Association Pakistan (SPA PAK).

Mr. Hassaan Ahmed heads the Operations portfolio, overseeing nationwide security operations and the company's operational manageability. He holds a Master's degree in Business & Operational Management. Under his leadership, Guards Mark expanded to a nationwide footprint, with two regional offices established in Lahore and Multan, with more planned. He has extensive expertise in activating security projects on short timelines while effectively monitoring recruitment, verification, training, assessment, and deployment. He also holds a certification in Escape & Evasive Driving.

Junaid Lodhi serves as General Manager at Guards Mark Security Services, leading multi-city security operations, executive protection assignments, and operational compliance for corporate, diplomatic, and multinational clients. His role includes overseeing regional offices, managing large guarding deployments, coordinating with government departments, and ensuring delivery aligned with international standards. He is a Certified Protection Officer (CPO®) from the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). Prior to his security leadership role, he worked extensively on international development and corporate sector projects funded or implemented by USAID, the World Bank, DFID, and Grant Thornton, managing procurement, logistics, operations, and stakeholder coordination. He began his career after graduating from the Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul, serving as a Captain in the Pakistan Army commanding an infantry regiment.

Major (Retd.) Bilal Haider Khan is a seasoned security expert with more than 11 years of military service, having served in roles ranging from active operations to logistics, administration, and HR. During his service, he was posted across Pakistan in multiple security roles, including high-threat operational areas, and conducted intelligence-based operations and quick-response-force actions to mitigate threats. Following retirement, he has worked across multiple corporate-sector organizations and currently oversees operations for Guards Mark's South region as Senior Manager Operations, managing multiple client relationships and their operational requirements. He studied at Saint Michael's Convent School, Karachi, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Arts & Sciences.
